Applications
KEK-Kaschierungen has been operating as a finisher in the development, production and distribution of individual laminating solutions for over six decades. At our Herbolzheim location, we manufacture laminations for the automotive, furniture and construction industries, as well as massage and treatment beds.

The main applications are in seat structures, door trims, headliners, sun visors, arm rests, I-panels as well as pillar trims.

Office chairs, jewelry boxes, laminations for insulation, caravan sector, manufacture of reclining surfaces for massage and treatment tables (including wood cutting, laminating, sewing and upholstery) are also among the main applications.

Product Range

Nowadays, laminated materials have become indispensable in many products common to daily life; they provide comfort, convenience and often safety.

Stamping / Cutter

We have our own stamping and toolmaking shop that enables us to manufacture our laminated materials in accordance with our customers’ needs.

Upholstery

We have our own wood center with a CNC wood processing machine.

Industrial Sewing

We perform sewing services for a wide variety of applications, including protective clothing, designer chair coverings, toys, dressing materials for medical uses, and upholstery.
