"Golden Seal" for Continental in Brazil

Sindirepa-SP honors Continental's accomplishments for vehicle repair shops in São Paulo.

Continental took first place in this year's Sindirepa-SP Award ceremony in the category “Automotive Belts” on May 28th. The awarding of the prize by Sindirepa-SP, a local employer's union, took place for the tenth time.

The nominated companies can be awarded with a golden, silver or bronze seal – this year, in a total of 19 categories. To identify the winners in each category, 335 vehicle repairers from the State of São Paulo rated more than 45 brands in terms of quality, availability and service. Based on this survey, the “Golden Seal” was awarded to the best brands in the industry. Continental has won this important award for the third consecutive year.

At this year's ceremony, Sindirepa-SP highlighted the importance of companies that support automotive mechanics in their day-to-day work, for example by providing technical training and workshops for their products and applications. Continental is very active in this area as Paulo Lira, Sales Manager at Continental, states: "Once again, this award demonstrates that, in addition to the high quality of our aftermarket products, our consumers appreciate the technical and commercial support that we provide to the mechanics. We not only advise the workshops concerning our products by phone, but we also travel all over the country to personally support them in the best possible way. We even offer technical trainings that convey the practical handling of our products."
