Applications

A heavy-duty, all-purpose hose with excellent abrasion resistance. It is ideal for service in quarries, mines and construction.

Specifications

  • Construction Tube: Black SBR synthetic rubber
  • Cover: Black SBR synthetic rubber (wrapped finish)
  • Reinforcement: Spiral-plied (4) plies of synthetic fabric
  • Coupling: Refer to the Continental ContiTech Industrial Hose Assembly Manual for crimp specifications.
  • Non Stock / Sizes: For special production run minimum requirements, see Appendix D.
  • Temperature Range: -25°F to 180°F (-32°C to 82°C)
  • Order Codes: 542-437 (6 5/8” and below), 541-437 (8” and above)
  • Packaging: 1”– 8” 100’ lengths, coiled and polywrapped
