Sustainability is anchored in the foundation of our values. It guides our actions today and shapes our future. Together with our partners along the value chain, we aim to create a more sustainable world.
Our sustainability approach focuses on three key topics:
- Decarbonization: We are committed to reducing CO₂ emissions across our operations and supply chain, focusing on using new technologies, purchasing of renewable energy and implementing energy efficiency measures.
- Circularity: We embrace circular economy principles to minimize resource waste and extend product life cycles.
- Responsible Business Practices: We ensure ethical and responsible business conduct throughout our value chain via a due diligence system aligned with our responsible business practice commitments
To achieve this, we require all direct suppliers to share, respect and adhere to these commitments and to implement robust due diligence across the entire supply chain. This includes integrating social and environmental considerations into supplier management and performance, actively eliminating sustainability risks, and ensuring transparency. When suppliers embrace ESG principles and demonstrate accountability, together we can achieve our shared goals and drive long-term impact.
We actively support our partners through adequate monitoring systems, corrective action plans, and targeted training.
