Hanover, Nuremberg, Germany, March 24, 2026. At Fensterbau Frontale 2026, Continental is presenting new surface solutions for the building exterior. Under the theme “More Options. More Style. More Home.”, the Surface Solutions business area of the ContiTech group sector demonstrates how established surface technologies can be used even more individually through additional variants, new color tones and diverse applications—creating a personal sense of home starting on the outside of the building. Continental will showcase its latest inspirations at Fensterbau Frontale, taking place from March 24 to 27, 2026, in Nuremberg (Hall 5, Booth 5202).
More Options: Expanded color palette with matte and earthy tones
This year, the experts at Continental Surface Solutions are focusing on providing even more options for a wide range of building components while consistently addressing current architectural and color trends. The color palettes for windows, doors, garage doors and facades have therefore been expanded with new variants, allowing even closer alignment with individual design preferences. These include additional options featuring matte appearances as well as natural, earthy color tones.
More Style: Inspiration for creative applications on the building exterior
Through its exhibits, Continental demonstrates how surfaces can be used creatively on the building exterior. A central highlight of the booth is an illuminated facade with a slatted design. The translucent facade element features a decor from the Conti woodec collection. The stylish backlighting effectively emphasizes the depth of the element and highlights the decor’s natural wood appearance.
Additional elements at the booth follow the “tone‑in‑tone” principle. For example, a window made from mattex material in the new Chestnut Brown color is combined with matching outdoor furniture to create a harmonious, cohesive design concept for the building exterior.
More Home: A sense of home starts on the outside
In addition, Continental is presenting facade variants with authentic wood and stone looks. Exhibits include designs such as cassettes, panels and slatted structures, illustrating the breadth of modern facade systems. Using the new cross‑printing process, significantly larger seamless surfaces can also be produced for doors without visible joints. This opens new design possibilities for entrance areas, allowing front doors to be finished with wood decors that appear as if they were made from a single piece of wood.
With the solutions on display, Continental shows that individuality and a sense of home begin on the outside. More options and more style create the foundation for personal design and enhanced living comfort. Functional building components thus become a home with its own distinct character.
