At Continental we offer selected styles of CONTI-AIR®, CONTI Laserline®, PHOENIX Xtra Blankets, Printec®, Rollin®, Sava®and Vulcan® strippable coating blankets as well as mylar-based and metal-based coating plates with either rubber or polymer surfaces in 1.15 mm, 1.35 mm and 1.95 mm thicknesses.

Coating Blankets

Coating Plates

In addition to coating blankets, the strippable range of coating plates is now available in rubber- and polymer-based versions for both UV and aqueous coatings in various thicknesses. This mylar-based solution provides added features for pre-press managers and press operators, such as cleaner plate preparation, easier strip with visible cut lines, reduced ink back-trapping, simpler handling, and perfect printing quality with an excellent lifetime.

For top quality spot varnishing applications, the Direct-Laser-Engraving range from CONTI Laserline®, offers the perfect plate material, either with a mylar- or a metal-base.
