The Telephone Interview
If your application documents and the results of the online assessment make a positive impression, we will invite you to a telephone interview. This is your opportunity to share more about your experience, your aspirations, and what drives you.
It’s also the perfect moment to ask your first questions—about the role, the team, or our company. We want this to be a two-way conversation, giving you the chance to learn more about us while we get to know you better.
The Interview
In the last step of the application process, we invite you to a personal interview. This is your chance to meet representatives from the specialized department and our local HR team. Together, we’ll focus on your experience, your skills, and what makes you the right fit for the role.
To prepare, bring examples of your qualifications and real-life situations from your day-to-day work. This is also the perfect opportunity to discuss technical and role-specific topics with your potential colleagues and gain deeper insights into the position.
As several candidates are usually invited to on-site interviews, this phase may take a few weeks—we appreciate your patience and understanding.
