Material for Boat Materials

Elastomer-coated fabrics are used for the manufacture of inflatable boats and constructions in a wide range of dimensions, intended for both recreational and professional applications.

All solutions are tailored to the specific application through the appropriate selection of reinforcement carriers such as polyester (PES), polyamide (PA), and para-aramid, as well as coating materials consisting of elastomer compounds predominantly based on synthetic and natural rubber.

  • The fabric is extremely durable, tear resistant, weatherproof and resistant to UV exposure and seawater, while also boasting outstanding dimensional stability.
  • Outer coating: highly abrasion resistant and weatherproof chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM)
  • Reinforcement: high tenacity polyester
  • Inner coating: chloroprene rubber (CR)
