New Hydraulic Hose Plant

Our new plant combines innovative processes and state-of-the art machinery to further expand our hydraulic hose portfolio. Located in Mexico, the plant increases our hydraulic hose capacity and helps us better serve our current customers and new ones with our “in the region, for the region” approach.

Braided Hose

Braided hydraulic hoses are constructed with high-tensile steel wires in a braided-pattern that make up the reinforcement portion of a complete hose. This design enhances flexibility and pressure performance, making them ideal for most hydraulic systems. These high-pressure, hoses comply with ISO 18752 and are perfect for tight bends and flexible applications in industries such as agriculture, construction, and mining.

Spiral Hose

Spiral hoses, like our Constant Pressure family, offer abrasion resistance and flexibility for those hard-to-reach areas help you avoid downtime while maintaining constant pressure performance. Plus, our simplified fittings families and color-coding lay line system are faster, safer and more cost-effective for your operation.

Special Application

Our special application hoses are built for special performance in demanding environments. From the high-pressure grease dispensing of our Grease Gun Hose, to the heavy-duty lifting with the Jack Gun Hose, and the high-temperature fluid transfer of the Prospector Hot Oil Hose, each hose is designed to provide reliability, flexibility, and strength for industrial and automotive applications. Suction Hoses

The FR4 low-pressure hydraulic suction hose is designed for high-temperature return and suction lines handling petroleum- and water-based hydraulic fluids. Textile Hoses

Continental's textile hydraulic hoses offer outstanding performance for a wide range of applications. Hoses, like the Desert® DR5 hose, is designed for high-temperature, medium-pressure environments, perfect for turbocharger oil lines, air brake lines, and transmission coolant systems. It’s compatible with petroleum oils, water, air, and diesel fuel.

Thermoplastic Hoses

Continental’s thermoplastic hose line is lightweight, compact and offer non-conductive and twin-line versions where needed. All come with our new X-Life thermoplastic cover technology for enhanced abrasion and chemical resistance.

Continental fittings are engineered for reliability and performance across your entire high-pressure hose lineup.

We offer a full range of designs, sizes, and pressure ratings — including Crimped, Field-Grip (Re-attachable), and Push-On fittings in straight, swivel, elbow, and flange configurations. Each fitting is machined from a single piece of steel, eliminating welds and brazed joints to reduce leak paths and ensure long-term durability.

Our full-length crimps, low-profile design, and advanced sealing technologies — including O-ring face seal and Bite-to-Wire retention — deliver maximum safety and reliability under the toughest pressures.
