Conti® Synchromotion
One belt, endless possibilities
The Synchromotion is Continental’s first truly endless PU timing belt. With this addition, we have significantly expanded our standard belt portfolio. Customers benefit from a complete range of drive belts from a single source – with consistently reliable products and services in proven Continental quality.
The Conti® Synchromotion can be manufactured in flexible, custom lengths, offering virtually unlimited design freedom. It is available in eleven different profiles, with lengths ranging from 1,500 mm (1,900 mm for PAZ) to 14,500 mm and a maximum width of 100 mm.
- Power transmission performance equivalent to the endless Synchroflex PU timing belt
- SZ winding of the steel tension member (standard) ensures optimal belt tracking
- White polyurethane optimized for extrusion, produced in-house at our Dannenberg facility
- Ground belt back for high thickness precision
- Oil-resistant according to DIN 53428*
- Ozone-resistant according to DIN ISO 1431*
- UV-resistant according to DIN EN ISO 4892*
- All profiles optionally available with tooth-side fabric reinforcement (PAZ)
- Additional versions available on request

Wide range of profiles – fully compatible
Thanks to its wide variety of profiles and versions, the Conti® Synchromotion integrates seamlessly into existing systems, allowing for effortless replacement of existing belts. Dimensions are fully compatible with competitor products – no design changes required.
In addition, Synchromotion offers all the benefits of Continental PU timing belts:
- Reliable power transmission
- Precise positioning through high-strength tension members in bifilar winding (SZ winding)
- Abrasion-resistant PU material suitable for demanding environments with exposure to media, dirt, and dust
Synchromotion is suitable for transport and drive applications across the entire power range – including synchronous conveyor systems, transport devices with slide rails, and positioning or reversing drives in linear and control technology.
