Line Systems for Cooling and Heating Circuits

We develop technologies and systems for engine and component cooling using a range of materials that meet the most stringent of requirements in terms of their flexibility and pressure and temperature resistance. We offer elbows with oil hoses resistant to high temperatures for the purposes of cooling engine oil.

Water cooling

• Nominal diameter: 5 to 100 mm
• Temperature range: -40° to +200°C
• Operating pressure: up to max. 5 bar (approx. 44 psi)
• Electrochemically resistant EPDM compounds
• Elastomer/plastic/metal material applications

Oil cooling (in the engine)

• Nominal diameter: 3 to 100 mm
• Lines with oil hoses resistant to high temperatures: up to 15 bar
• Silicone hoses for sustained temperatures of up to +250°C; sold by the meter or as molded hoses
• Plastic hoses manufactured from Teflon corrugated tubing, polyester or fiberglass braid and stainless-steel outer braiding: temperature resistant up to +230°C
• Customized coupling and fitting system solutions for fast and reliable installation
